On Sunday January 28 2024, Les Patrons Cuisiniers will be holding a unique culinary event at the Beurs Van Berlage, Amsterdam’s iconic former commodities exchange. The 25 Patrons, good for 28 Michelin stars, will each individually serve a six-course menu featuring their signature dishes. This means a total of 144 absolute top dishes, which will prepare live and at a different table each time.
This entails a top-notch dinner experience, right in the midst of the heat of the kitchen. The dinner will conclude with an afterparty featuring DJs, cocktails, and champagne. You will experience the craftsmanship and warm friendship of these top chefs like never before.

Nowhere else do so many top chefs cook at the same time on a single evening as during this Chef’s Table. It’s absolutely unique, and you can feel it in every aspect… The guests are enchanted, and all Patrons are working with a big smile on their face. Originally, we planned to do this Chef’s Table just once last year, but it was so unforgettable that all the Patrons decided on the spot that there had to be a sequel.”
Just like in the previous edition, the top sommeliers of the Patrons will provide matching wines. Specifically for the occasion, they will select unique vintages in magnums.
