Eric Swaghoven

SVH Master Chef Eric Swaghoven (1969) grew up in a family of restauranteurs in Limburg, but never attended catering college, because his father had other plans for him. However, it seems like the love for the industry must’ve been in his blood, because after completing various internships abroad, Eric ended up in the family business in 1992. He’s been patron cuisinier of Valuas in Venlo since 1998, receiving a Michelin star for his modern-French cuisine in 2006.
