ERIK VAN LOO
Trained by grand masters such as Henk Savelberg and Toine Hermsen, Erik van Loo (1964) earned his first Michelin star as patron cuisinier at Duurstede. In 2005, he received two stars for De Zwetheul. Since 2006, Erik has been the patron cuisinier of Parkheuvel in Rotterdam where he also has two Michelin stars. The Park inspired by Erik van Loo has a Bib Gourmand. It shows that he’s as driven as ever, even after more than 30 years in the business, including two decades at the highest level.
